We include Moonshadow in our collection in order to provide you a chance to grow a nearly white sunflower. White petals are indeed rare in sunflower and even more so when contrasted against the black disc of Moonshadow. Moonshadow is a medium-height plant that produces pollenless flowers suitable for small mixed bouquets. When grown in a cooler environment with shorter days a larger plant develops, in contrast to long hot summer days which favor a shorter and earlier flowering plant.
