The name is exotic and this sunflower variety is true to its name. Rouge Royale was formerly sold as M. Rouge but for trademark reasons we were asked to change its name.  Rouge Royale  produces a profusion of burgundy red flowers on multiple branches.  No other sunflower offers such a consistent rich velvety color as  Rouge.  It is the industry standard for the “red” color in sunflower.  Rouge Royale is excellent for bouquets.
